The Clutch Survival IBEK, Individual Basic Emergency Kit, is a compact combination of first aid, trauma, and essential survival supplies designed for the first hours of an unexpected emergency. Keep it in your vehicle, carry it hiking or camping, take it while traveling or working outdoors, or include it with your home emergency supplies.
Most compact emergency kits focus on either first aid or survival. The IBEK combines both, with practical supplies for bleeding control, traumatic and minor injuries, exposure, emergency water treatment, and signaling for rescue. It is designed around situations where normal help may not be immediately available.
Every component is selected for a practical purpose and with accessibility. Unlike many other IFAK brands on the market, we avoid unnecessary out-of-scope specialized medical equipment, inflated item counts, redundant supplies, re-branded re-packaged items, and gimmicky survival gadgets.
The goal is to provide a useful, well-rounded emergency kit without unnecessary cost or complexity, that functions in a true 24-hour emergency.

Clutch Survival works toward partnerships with reputable Conservation and Anti-Poaching organizations that operate within wildlife reserves throughout Africa. A portion of IBEK sales provide kits directly to Rangers working in these remote environments.
The IBEKs we donate contain the same core equipment as the IBEKs we sell, with the only difference being the instructional materials adapted to the appropriate language.
